When will my order be delivered?
That depends on what you ordered. We have a lot of stock and send shipments every week. As a result, we can usually send standard products to you within a week. For racks it is best to take into account an average delivery time of approximately 3 weeks. For large, complex or custom orders we ship in 4 to 6 weeks. If we are unable to meet these standard delivery times, for whatever reason, we will contact you anyway.
Can I track the status of my order?
For our transports, we work together with various transport companies such as Bpost and various specialized transport companies. Some of them provide a track-and-trace link that we will certainly provide in that case. When in doubt or for urgent shipments, you can always contact us to find out where the shipment is located.
Where do you deliver?
Almost everywhere. We already supply racks, terrariums and accessories for reptiles all over Europe on a weekly basis. From time to time we even ship orders to other continents. If the country of your residence does not appear in our webshop, you can always contact us by e-mail to arrange a customized shipment.
I live in the USA, can I also order?
Yes, you can. In the USA we work together with Jon Rice from Fathom Hogs. He will provide you with all information about the products, prices, import regulations, etc. You can contact him by sending an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I also collect my order?
Despite our ultra-compact packaging, some of our racks are still relatively bulky. In that case, having them delivered at home is probably more interesting than puzzling with the available trunk space. Our internal processes are also geared to smooth routines for home delivery.
Nevertheless you can choose to pick-up your order in Arendonk or at a reptile show, simply choose "pick up at merchant" in the shopping cart. Click here if you have problems choosing this option.

Please contact us ASAP by e-mail, so we can change it in your order.
When your order has already left our warehouse, we can not change anything anymore. Extra costs for the return and 2nd shipping will be charged.
