Shipping to the United Kingdom

Since the Brexit in January 2021, shipping from Europe to the UK became a little more complicated.

When you place your order at our webshop, you will notice you don't have to pay VAT to us, but in the UK.
Because your package goes through customs, delivery times can be a little bit longer.

Small packages (shipped by post)
You will be contacted by post, to pay VAT.

Big order (shipped by pallet) 
A couple of days before the delivery of your rack, you will be contacted by the team of Millenium Cargo. 
He will take care of the adminstration to get you order in the UK. This means you have to pay 3 things to him:
- Customs clearance fee `£145,00
- VAT amount payable to HRMC (20% of invoice value)
- Deferment usage 3% of above amount with a minimum of £35,00

Further you (both business as non-business clients) also have to make an online request for an EORI-number.
This you will have to give to us.
